Never had a bad experience. Merchandise has always been good quality. The buy one/get one is amazing, especially at holiday shopping season. Just wish they'd open earlier. 11:00a.m. is too late to do me any good. I prefer to shop on Sunday morning. Mass is over at nine. I could get in at nine-thirty and be done by noon.
