Went in for a simple full-service oil change. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and I didn’t feel as though they were trying to con me into paying for services I didn’t need. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes and that includes about 5 minutes of waiting on the car in front of me. Great experience.

Maybe they're under new management since these earlier reviews. Went in for an oil change that was due months earlier (based on date) on a car I drive once every couple weeks. They pointed out that I really didn't need an oil change because I hadn't accumulated nearly enough mileage since the last one. Great, honest service. They sent me on my way without taking my money!

Been using the services of this place every 3,000 miles since middle of 2013....paying for full service, which is supposed to include lubrication of the undercarriage. Spending near $800 now to replace joints and arms underneath that have not been greased. Manager states he will need proof its his fault, but how will I prove. Now I wonder if the oil was ever changed, or just new filter and topped off. I will never know now,,,,never returning there. Buyer beware.

Called ahead to get information on their service cost and hours and told the associated we would be there shortly. Arrived before their stated close time and although the door was open and the associate was present, they refused to provide any services because they decided to close early. Will never go here again.

I went to get my oil changed on 9-26-2014. and I accidentally pulled into the wrong lane... the guy that is in charge got hateful to me and told me to get in the other lane so I backed my car up and turned around to leave he told me to not leave mad I said I wasn't mad and he told me to not to come back ever again.
