horrible experience... was actually approached and accused of shoplifting by a police officer because a woman that worked in the polo dept saw me with a shirt in my bag (that I brought in to exchange) I was let go after 30 mins of questioning and proving that I did not "shoplift" the item but the entire experience left a horrible taste in my mouth for Dillards... will never shop there again. It was literally the most embarrassing thing to happen to me in my entire life.
