I leased several vehicles through JMC leasing- all considered in good terms until this last vehicle leased. I turned in the vehicle and paid the fee for the company to pick the vehicle up from out of state (where I resided). However, I still have a remaining balance due after handing it over to them. I understand this is not uncommon practice for early termination; I have requested that they send me the terms and conditions/agreement in email as well as a statement with payments already made and the remaining balance owed. I was told by financial dept that the balance reported on my credit report was $4k greater than what it should be. They have yet to adjust the balance- two months after and several conversations over the phone have been made in attempt to fix this- nor have they emailed any documents. I have paid well over each vehicles worth and have been loyal to this company and still the customer satisfaction is not a #1 priority. Do not recommend JMC. 0 of 5 stars!
