Mr. Baxter is the best. Our house experienced partial outage during the ice storm and we did not have heat. Everyone I called either did not respond at or was too busy. Mr. Baxter came out in the cold and icy roads and fixed our issues quickly and did not charge us much at all. Thanks to him, we won't have to suffer the cold.
