I purchased a body glass cover through this store for my Galaxy S9+ at $50. The product cracked within 2 hours of application. Attempted to return and get a different product line because the warranty makes you pay $9.99 every time this sub par product breaks. Manager tells me they only work through warranty no returns even on a terrible product. AT+T you have severely damaged the goodwill between my family and yourself peddling sub standard products. My recommendation for anyone reading this is get your accessories at Best Buy where they have this crazy concept called customer service. They also seem to care about their customers perception of service.
