I called ARI for a boardup on one of my properties that was badly damaged due to a fire. I met the owner Dennis, at the location for the boardup. Dennis did not give me a price, but I said specifically that if it would be more than $250 to board up the 10 windows and 1 door, then do not do it because I would have my brother get over there to do it for me. Dennis replied, "It won't be that much baby, we'll take care of you. Your insurance company pays." About a week later I received a bill for just under $500. Boy was I shocked!



We had also briefly discussed the possibility of rebuilding the house or building a duplex on the property. He said let him know and he would get me a quote on it. I called 2 to 3 days after the boardup and he did not answer. I left a message and he never returned it.
