We have used this cleaner for my husbands silk shirts for about a year. We have never had any troubles with the shirts. Since they had always done a good job on the shirts I decided to take my beautiful expensive comforter here to be cleaned. WOW WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! When I picked up my comforter it was not folded it was just shoved into a sack. Upon inspection of the comforter it was terrible. It looked like it had been crumpled into a huge tight ball and dried. The comforter looks like it had been stored in a big ball for years, the wrinkles were terrible. Most of the wrinkles are now permanent, I am not sure what they did to my beautiful comforter, but it is completly ruined now.When I questioned them about the condition of this comforter I was told " we don't wash comforters we only dry clean them and we do not iron comforters they are to large for us to iron. Comforters always come out like that and they will always have wrinkles in them" I said you should tell people that you are going to ruin their comforters brfore they leave them here. Bottom line is I had to pay for them to ruin my expensive comforter! I am not happy and will never never take another thing to them.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN CLOTHES!

We use this cleaners only and are very happy with the service and pricing. I've never cleaned anything fragile, but all else is okay.
