General Info

Concerned Care, also known as CCI, serves individuals with developmental disabilities. Founded in 1972, it is an agency that maintains a staff of more than 120 employees. The agency serves over 110 consumers in group homes and assisted living facilities. Concerned Care administers a community recreation program that serves residents throughout Clay County in Missouri. The program organizes a range of social and community events, such as dance, fishing, cooking and picnics. Its program also offers various sports activities, including basketball, swimming, softball and bowling. Concerned Care s program conducts youth summer day camps, as well as provides transportation services. In addition, the agency offers an individualized support living program. It is accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
