Personal Training Packages: One-on-One is our most popular program! During these 60-min one-on-one sessions, we will take you through workouts designed to help you reach your specific goals. Whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture or to simply feel better. Sessions start at $20 per hour. Small Group: Is for those peak hour times ( 6:00am-8:30am M-Sat.). Where time is of the essence and trainees are all there for the same common goal. Sessions start at $20 per hour. Partners Training On a budget? Bring a partner and split the cost. Sessions will never be less than 60 min. & are always goal oriented (common goals required). Combine the benefits of a workout partner with the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer and save money. During these sessions, a personal trainer will take you and another member (such as a spouse, friend, or teammate) through challenging & fun workouts. It's a great way to include some friendly competition and moral support in your fitness routine. Sessions start st $10 per hour. ($99) Personal Training Intro. Package Together We Can Help You Get the Most Out of Your Training Start out strong with three fun and energetic sessions that’ll introduce you to the many benefits of fitness training, through a professionally guided workout experience. SESSION 1You will get accustomed to your trainer, establish your goals, and determine your body fat percentage. Depending on those results we will start you on either an aerobic or anaerobic routine and in some cases both. Plus, you’ll get to hear some great stories**. SESSION 2Will be a full 60 min. of aerobic exercise that will consist of a full body workout with one thing in mind….. BURN FAT! SESSION 3Lastly, you will spend 60 min learning how to workout anaerobically using barbells, dumbbells, cables and all machines in order to ….BUILD MUSCLE! These sessions will vary based upon your fitness level and experience. At the end of these three sessions, you’ll come away feeling inspired, energized and more comfortable and confident with a better understanding of what we have to offer you. We’re so confident you’ll see the benefits of working out one-on-one with a Personal Trainer during these three sessions, that we will credit you the cost of your introductory package price toward your next Personal Training purchase.* * Must use all 3 sessions and apply credit to your next personal training package within 30 days after the date of purchase. Rock Hard Boot Camp Classes:This is one of the most fun ways to get fit – and it’s suitable for all levels of fitness. No matter where you’re starting from, Camp will help you get stronger, tougher, and become more fit. You can burn 400 – 600* calories and if you warm up first and follow instruction & then apply them with HEART (intensity) you can burn up to 1000*. In this class you do a combination of martial arts, while wearing ankle & wrist weights, ranging from 3 – 6 lbs. depending on ones athletic abilities. Expect the unexpected in this full-body Boot Camp class, which is packed with lots of variety and tons of fun. This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, balance, endurance, stability, and flexibility. Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. We incorporate upper and lower body exercises into one dynamic class using punches and blocks for the upper body and kicks for your lower body. It’s challenging, different and fun!!
