very good service&real pro's

i have been using tip top for 10 years and they are the greatest

I called their service with a coupon offer. When the two cleaners show up they tell me the cost will be $300 instead of the $89 the coupon said. They tryed to sell me additional services that I did not need. They tryed to get me to pay in cash only! I got them to come down to $150 and then they told me to leave the check blank...pretty suspicious if you ask me. Then in front of my house they dumped all the dirty, scummy water down my gutter in the street. I don't even know if that is legal! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
