I used to be an Account Manager and Broker for a competitive third party logistics company based in the LA area. Since I was new to the company and industry I had to find my own carriers that I could trust. Yulios, one of H.E.R.'s Brokers, was a pleasure to work with. H.E.R. Trucking did a lot of my intra-california loads. Yulios made it very easy to build a rapport with him and his teammates. I never had a problem with this company, as far as OTR transportation goes. If you show them respect, they will reciprocate.

Worst company to work with! Unprofessional is being nice Raul who claims to be the owner of this company is rude and hard to work with.

This company hauled a load for us and was over 5 hrs. late! then when a POD was requested it took over a week to get and we were given sarcastic promises to send paperwork over. Once we received the paperwork they demanded to be paid.

My recommendation to anyone looking into this company would be to look somewhere else Horrible !
