I had a horrible experience with these people, i will mention names, Alex Little- worst customer service I’ve ever experienced he does not make an effort to make you a happy customer or to accommodate you with your needs and when you try to ask questions he cuts you off in such a rude unprofessional way, Patrick McNeally- service floor manager, a worker that will do anything to not be available for you and to try to confuse you on what you’re talking about, I would call him, leave messages and he would not return my calls until 3 days later, and when I wasn’t able to contact him regarding my issue with my car very desperate to get my problem resolved I tried to contact the main store floor manager Terry Miller which i left a very detailed message for, NEVER called me back. i went for a rear passenger window repair and they ended up breaking my panoramic sunroof saying that it was a process to getting the diagnosis completed and they ended up breaking my brackets and unfortunately now my sunroof cost almost $3000 that I don’t have to repair it, the service manager argued with me that it was not his technician’s fault that it was part of the process to get a full diagnosis of my Ford Edge, I went to pick up my car and my sunroof was taped off to prevent my sunroof glass to fall off while driving, I continued to call them after to have them help me out with the cost to repair my sunroof and promised they would call me back with a very fair price and its been more then 2 months and im still here waiting for Patrick Mcneally’s call that never happened, the technicians there besides ruining and breaking my sunroof stained all my beige interior cloth with their filthy finger prints that they didn’t even bother wiping off before i came to pick up. If you want to save yourself a headache DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, they are pigs! They were hoping for me to give them 3 to 4 thousand $ for fixing my sunroof that they purposely broke to make more money off of me. NEVER AGAIN!

So I currently went back because I am still looking for a SUV and was helped by my rep again Leo Lopez and geez his incredably great. His professionalism-just answer every question with the right answer and just might consider purchasing my vehicle here. Thank you Leo Lopez for great service.... See you soon!

Leased my current vehicle from Galpin. And I have been completely satisfied. They were great to work with when I had the initial lease done. And since I have gone back for maintenance. Matthew my sales guy was amazing. He is so patient and knowledgable. I will definitely go back and use him.

I went to shop around and I just loved the customer service professionalism I received by Leo Lopez. He was very helpful and answer all my questions. At this time I'm still debating on my choice of vehicle. I will definitely pay him a visit if I decide to go.

I began with a sales man named: Teddy O Meir he assured me that the used truck he sold me was solid. But it's like a used book when you open it you began to find missing pages. The truck had a cracked tail light , deep scratches , issues with remote start and dents on the roof. I had the truck for one month but had documented those issues and when I finally returned to get it fixed he said " what do you expect it's a used truck" . I ask myself should I ever buy another vehicle here??? . After reviewing the purchase contract they overpriced the truck they sold me because of the damage and kelley blue book value was 4, 000 dollars lower after my. Bank investigated. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I must say that my experience at Galpin Ford was exceptional. My sales person Andres and Manager Ray gave me a great deal. I love my new F250!

This has got to be the best dealer store in the vicinity, I have been here with my family a few times. The first was to ask about the refurbishing of our car's interior. Later we went in order to get a price range from this dealer and of course to look at the beautiful cars! We had been to other dealer's before, but this one by far offered the best advice and service. I must say it greatly exceeded my expectations seeing as how I am not able to actually buy a car myself currently on my salary.
