We are a mobile home and RV park with RV spaces available for all size RVs, however the unit must be self-contained. We have spaces available for nightly, weekly, or monthly. We are pet friendly and have a grassy dog park for dogs to enjoy. Our other amenities include a laundry room, seasonal pool, and wifi, and cable access. I recently stayed at McClellan Mobile Home and RV park for about a week and found my stay quite pleasant. The first thing I noticed about the park is it's quite atmosphere; no barking dogs, or loud people. The office staff and owner are very nice and helpful; they were able to answer any questions that i had and made my stay very comfortable. The park is gated and they have 24 hour on-site staff to provide peace of mind for all tenants. They have a laundry room, a very nice large pool and they allow 2 pets per space. While I was there i was informed that the owner was in the process of beautifying the park with things such as a large flowerbed in front and bamboo to cover the storage area. All of the improvements look great! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is a dump! The rudest and disorganized management there could possibly be.I don't know how they stay a float during these tough times.NOT AT ALL FAMILY ORIENTED!!! If your new then you will be harrassed. Absolutly NO privacy!! You can't use the pool without a hired guy to sit there all day and watch everything thing that goes on.VERY CREEPY.He's not a life guard...???This is the weirdest and dirtiest place in sacramento.Oh did i mention registered sex offenders!!!!
This Mobile Home Park provides spaces for both permanent and short-term residents. Approximately 1/3 of the residents are permanent with the majority staying for as little as one night to a month or more.It can accommodate even the largest of RVs and Trailers. It is well maintained and the residents are quite friendly.
