While it is hard to find a business that you can rate with five star, I had to give it to Highlands Radiator! This shop has always delivered on the promise and a fair price. I have been using this shop for business and personal needs for many years and will continue to do so as Bob (owner) and his staff have always made sure the job was done right. Great shop!
Trust me, DO NOT go to this place. Pressure tested my radiator and knew where leak was and quoted reasonable amount. Got there and without looking at it the price doubled. When picked up he said had several leaks but not one solder spot visible. These guys would be perfect 20/20 sting operation.
I love Bob the owner. I'm a single female and I've always had problems getting taken advantage of at car shops b/c I don't know anything about anything when it comes to the inside of my car. When I had to get my radiator repaired, my friend referred me to Highlands Radiator saying they were direct, honest, with no b.s. and that they would for sure give me the best price. So I drove from Roseville out to North Highlands and my friend was right. Bob reminds me of my grandpa. He appeared like a big tough biker guy at first, but after being around him just a little while I realized he was just a big teddy bear and he's a straight shooter. He know's what's up and he's obviously been doing radiators for a loooong time. The price was less than any of the 3 places in Roseville that I called too. I've referred a couple friends to him and they've been really happy too. There's nothing bad you can say about this place.
