Not what we thought they would be. The salesman said he would send an estimate via email which they did do but not for the time frame he mentioned, when doing so he seemed to think we needed to call him post haste to arrange scheduling, we had not at that time had the courtesy of a detailed estimate just a very high price. Then when he finally did send the so called detailed estimate he did not break down any of the charges just a total price for the job. The first item he made mention of in the estimate was to pressure wash, he was told when he was here we just had that done, he didn't listen, nothing needed pressure washing that was just a cost he tried to incur, he was also told that we did not want people in the house utilizing our bathrooms and they needed to have a Port A Let, he didn't seem to care for that, he said he had 16 employees and they had never rented one yet. We don't know these people and don't want them using our private facilities, he added that cost to our bill all inclusive not broken down, anything that was put into the estimate was for the company's benefit not ours, he seemed to make sure he covered the company but not us as far as what they would do. We were to furnish paint, primer, caulk, stucco repair patch and they still wanted a ridiculous fee to which he included with the total labor, material, taxes and insurance. Why are we paying for the insurance shouldn't a good company provide that as a safety net for themselves and the customer.
