My New Haven based business has been using Acme Lock for over 10yrs or so.Jerry,the owner has always accommodated us in a timely manner. Two major reasons we continue to use Acme is that he is very easy to work with and NEVER tries to sell us products or services we don't need!!

Acme Lock came out thiis week and installed high security locks on all of my doors at both my home and business. They were highly recommended by a few businees associates whom have been using this locksmith for years. I thoroughly checked out their prices and reputation and after speaking with them several times,I booked service with them. The job was performed perfectly without a hitch. Those out there seeking an outstanding and reliable locksmith,look no further than Acme Lock in North Haven.

I scheduled a service call to have some deadbolts and locks changed because I just moved. I called Acme Lock and other locksmiths. Not only was Acme Lock's prices better but their attitude and helpfulness were outstanding. They were very patient with me because I was confused about what I needed for my new house. They won me over and I would recommend them to everyone.
My company and I have been using Acme Lock for over 30 years. We're glad to see that they have recently moved into North Haven since this is where we are located. They have always provided us with professional,friendly and courteous service.Sam Charm & his employees are the best!! Thanks!!

I've been a loyal customer since they were in New Haven. My company is located in North Haven. I am pleased that they have relocate and that I don't have to drive to New Haven anymore. They have been servicing my company for over 25 years. Sam and Jerry have given us superb and friendly service each and every time. I hope all New Havener will make the short trip to their new location. They will come to you too!!!Thanks Acme Lock!!!
