Beautiful and unique house and garden gifts!! I love this store. They carry a little bit of everything -- books, jewelry, cards, dishes, garden art, gorgeous (and functional) bird houses and bird feeders ... the list goes on and on and the selection always seems fresh and of the best quality. Unlike the previous reviewer, I have found the staff helpful and HAVE done a return without a receipt. The owner is very friendly and knows a ton about birds. I highly recommend checking this store out.

I was recently given a wedding gift that was purchased from this store. Unfortunately, it not my taste and is not something that we will use. It is still in the Nature's Outpost box and was clearly purchased there. Upon entering the store, the gentleman working there did not bother to stand up or greet us. When I approached him to ask if I could exchange the gift for something we would use, he did not bother to stand up or stop eating his sandwich and informed me they do not do any exchanges without receipts. My mother and I were appalled by this service and as she was recounting this story to friends, several people discussed similar experiences. We will never, ever shop there again.
