My niece who lives in Texas wanted to send her mom who was visiting me here in Florida ordered her mom some long stemmed lavender roses. But what she got was a mix of different color roses. And they were late in delivering them. When she called them back to complain about it they stated that they would deliver her mom the right ones on Wednesday. Low and behold no flowers so I get on the phone for my niece and the manger stated that they did not have the lavender roses but did not bother to let us know that. They just did not call or let us know that they were not going to bring them. Then I asked that they give my niece her money back and the manager stated that I was overreacting to the whole situation and the it was no big deal. Then because I told him that his attitude Sucks he started to swear at me. I just hung up on him. These flowers were for her mom on mothers day. And her mom was in the hospital at the time. If I could I would only give them a half a star.

Flowers are so beautiful they last so long! Roses even!

ordered funeral planter. Paid extra money for the better plant and the cheaper plant was delivered . When I went to the Bayshore Florist to see what had happened. The owner called the Recipents and asked them if they were unsatisfied with the planter. Of course they did not know what was ordered so they said yes. I went back and got the planter and the gentleman I sent it to and the receipt and went back. He gave me the better planter after He call me bad names did not put fresh cut flowers in it like I ordered. I asked him about the delivery fee since I had to make 2 trips back down and he told me to service on his male anatomy. He was very ignorant and I will not use this florist again.

I had an exceptional experience here. Needed a last minute corsage put together and the florist was very helpful, positive, and quick. Very friendly people and beautiful arrangements. Take a look at their roses, they are the biggest blooming roses I've ever seen and very fair prices.

I JUST WANTED TO EXPRESS MY OPINION THAT YEARS AGO BAYSHORE FLORIST WAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL SHOP WHEN MARY WAS LIVING WHICH WAS WALTERS WIFE WALTER IS THE OWNER AND MY WIFE WORKED FOR HIME DURING HOLIDAYS AS A FLOWER DESIGNER AND WHEN HE WAS CHEATING ON HIS WIFE WITH TAMMY WHO IS NOW HIS NEW WIFE HE HAS TURNED SO DIFFERENT HE TAKES DRUGS PAIN PILLS LIKE THEY ARE CANDY THAT IS A ADDICTION HE GOT MIXED UP WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE AND NOW THE FLOWER SHOP IS GOING DOWN HILL ITS TO BAD HOW WALTER GOT INTO THE WHOLE SCENE

I have been dealing with them for several years. No matter if it is local or FTD they flowers are always of the best quality. Even in a hurry, the staff is right there with ideas and can put something beautiful together without any problems.
