Jan is fantastic I took my puppy to her and she was like the dog whisperer. He didn't whimper at all and he is very temperamental. I couldn't believe what a good job she did trimming him and cutting his nails. She refused to take any money for his trim job because she said she wasn't satisfied with his cut even though I thought he looked great! I definitely would take him back after trying to desensitization training she taught me to do with him to get him used to the scissors. She was great!!!!

After losing our wonderful groomer of several years, who returned to school, we were at a loss to find another local groomer who was as good as Athena Clark. We decided to try Jan Parmenter who was even closer than the last groomer. She was wonderful. Professional and skilled at grooming, we feel comfortable taking our other dog in to see her soon. What was even more wonderful is the fact that Jan had purchased some of Athena's equipment and the dogs are already familiar with the tub and cages at this new groomers. If you love your pet, you know how hard it is to find a good, reliable groomer and we lucked out with Jan!
