This company will nickle and dime you to death. I had reserved a junior party a month in advance and the issues begun there. The day of the party they "ran out" of the junior balls and could only supply a more expense version. The party had to wait for the ref to finish another party even though I paid extra for a private one. After the party I called to review the extra charges with the owner only to be told they can not control their inventory "it's out of our control". The father and son were far from sorry and the son even called me "freaking crazy" and hung on me. There is such a huge lack of customer service there...I could not even recommend them if it were free!
