I went for my first oil change on the 19th of October and I must say I was very satisfied. I was treated well asked if I had any questions then I was directed to the where my car was parked...I was even asked if I wanted my car washed.

We had a automatic car starter installed, The car was ready in approx. 3 hours. A man from the service department showed us where our car was and explained how to use the car starter. No problems, no complaints

Wonderful. I was concerned about the left front tire and they found out I had a nail in it. Because I bought my tires there they said I would have it fixed for FREE. Amazing! I am happy!

Since I purchased my first vehicle from Sean he's been more than just my salesman. Because of the situation I was in at the time I purchased my Prius from him, I knew there was a good chance that I couldn't make it happen. But Sean made it happen. Purchasing the Prius turned my financial situation around. Because of a lengthy commute to work, I was spending a considerable portion of my income on gas. That situation turned around immediately after purchasing the Prius. And, subsequently, during every visit to the dealership, I would encounter Sean who would recognize me and remember my name. That impresses me. And, now, with this most recent purchase, Sean once again made it happen. He catered to my every need and concern, was diligent in tailoring this lease to my financial situation. Overall great.I had an appointment for 9am for oil change,12mo servic,tire repair and state inspection.I normally just go in for oil changes and always make appointments.Only thing I hate is the wait time.I don't always have a ride and even just am like change I'm waiting for over an hr. I used to go to firestone and my wait there was 20min.That's without and appointment.I just wish that the people who made appointments would be in and out quicker.Also for my app yesterday I didn't wait I had called for a ride due to being told would take 4hrs to do all that.which I don't see how it. would take that long.Figured I'd drop my car early for 9 and have it by back 11the latest instead I spent my whole day left just doing service. I didn't get back that day until 330pm
