Worst service by Frank. He's verbally abusive throwing the f word nonstop at me because he got called on a warranty call. No I don't owe one penny and I'm not looking to make money off this. Just want to let everyone know BUYER BEWARE . He will NEVER GET any business from me, my family or friends. He needs to be a better business oriented and people person. He thought I was home alone and was trying to be a bully and intimidate but he was sadly mistaken when he realized there were more people in the house. He's a LIAR! Tried saying he never swore when witnesses heard him and the neighbor!!!

I called for over a week with a complaint of no hot water. The water has been Luke warm since we got the system but no seemed worse. Finally through CFC I got a call back. The owner Frank came to the house and withing 5 minutes came from the basement. When I asked if it was all set every other word out of his mouth was "f". He thought me being a female was home alone and I wasn't. I had a witness to everything. And no I'm not trying to make money of this and yes everything was paid for. He was just annoyed with having to come on a warranty order. I'll never recommend him to anyone. Poor service and manners and especially respect talking to a woman and mother the way he did. Beware of his unprofessional and aweful and disgusting mouth!!!
