I've, unfortunately, had to deal with a number of repairs to computers and a tablet. The price has been on target and the quality of the work has always been great. I've never had to go back and get a machine repaired twice.

The absolute rudest, worst experience I have encountered at any business in my life. The owner actually insinuated to my 55 yr old mother that she was going to dirty websites and that must be how she encountered a virus. When I called to inform him of my mother's having taken extreme offense to these comments he continued to harass me and make vulgar comments to myself. I ended our conversation with a promise to him I would call the BBB along with my personal lawyer.
