We have been going to Clarendon Animal Clinic for years and am very excited about the new ownership. We have found Dr. Ma to be attentive, knowledgable and provides great care for a very reasonable price.

I had to put my dog down in the hope of keeping her from more pain. She gave nothing to relax my dog. Then the shot she gave brought on a convulsion and caused my dog to scream in agony. The "Dr." may have the credentials, but she stood there and had the gall to say my dog felt nothing. The staff is great, but I am furious.

I would not even give one star. I had had this office for seven years with excellent credit with them. I maxed out a care credit card with them and they always accepted my post dated checks when I needed to write one. I woke up at 6 am this morning to a massive amount of bleeding from my dog. I called the office and the vet called me right back. She said it was very serious and the dog needed to be seen and to bring her in at 830 when they open ( it was 6 am when it happened!) I told her I would write a post dated check be cause I always tell them ahead of time. She got real snotty and said don't bother coming in with full payment today . I explained how I had been there for se in years and that it never been a problem before. I told her I could use there emergency payment plan and put a deposit down. She said she was no longer going to accept that and not to come in with out cash! I told her that this was an emergency and I'm a loyal customer. She said it wasn't her problem and hung up on me. I'm pulling my files today and never going back.
