I have been a donor in many cities for many years - whole blood, RBCs, and platelets. The VBS Arboretum location is as comfortable and relaxing as any I have seen, and the staff is respectful, pleasant, and accommodating. There is no sense that the people would rather be doing something else somewhere else, which you find in so many places where customer service is not a matter of prime importance. If you are inclined to be a donor, I could not recommend a better place to donate.
