This law firm in my opinion is not professional, they don't communicate with their clients, and in my case they make the situation worse. They lead me on for almost five months, having already been paid close to $1500 for their Representation. After month one I contacted them to get more information on the process moving forward with my case and they advised me that the attorney I hired had left the firm. They not once called me to advise me of this change! Then they told me that Mr. Cravens was going to be handling this case from that point forward; that was a lie. They handed my case over to Mr. Burn "JR" and he is the worst attorney I have ever had!! He never once communicated with me about my case I was being given legal advise from an assistant. I spoke to the Assistant a couple of times mainly had to physically go to the office to speak with them and secondly they never followed through with handling my case. Come month 4 I get an email stating they don' t want to pursue the case because I was relocating and I would receive my refund in 2 weeks. In my opinion they held my money for 5 Months with no work being done!! Going on week 3 and I still have not received my Money!!
