Fabulous food, service & atmosphere! Love the jerk chicken! Love the pizzas! Oxtail was a little weird but I'll try it again! My new favorite restaurant!

This is a wonderful resturant. The food and service are both excellent. The island decor and music creates a very soothing atmosphere that compliments the jamaican cusine. I have taken many friends and coworkers there and they all have enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

the food is not good when under pressure.

I was very disappointed in Carena's. The waitress was very friendly but could not explain, with any detail, how dishes were prepared. The food that we did order was not very good. The appetizer, Jerk Chicken Wings, were still bloody when delivered and had to be re-cooked. The taste was OK but nothing special.The Island Fried Chicken was a small portion of bland fried chicken, presented with a sauce that seemed commercially produced, accompanied by tasteless - very overcooked rice and beans.All in all the food was not very good, the prices rather high and the overall service minimal. Jimmy and Carena, ask your manager to pay attention to dining room operations.
