      Sanders Brothers Construction, based in North Charleston, S.C., is a fully bonded, licensed and insured general contractor of street and road construction, and also manufactures asphalt. The company offers services in the areas of clearing, water and sewer utilities, gutters and paving. It provides in-house pipe, soil stabilization and mobile crushing crews. The company has more than 250 employees, and has a fleet of asphalt spreaders, rollers, dump trucks, milling machines, tack and prime distributors, and traffic control equipment. It also has two hot-mix asphalt plants in North Charleston and Summerville, S.C., with state-of-the-art facilities, capable of producing more than 400-tons of hot mix asphalt per hour. Each plant has a South Carolina Department of Transportation-certified laboratory to inspect and monitor quality.
