I had my pool cover installed in coordination with the concrete being poured in Jan, 2007. Jon & Kris were delightful to work with. The tracks were placed so that were flush with the concrete around the pool and placed so exactly that the cover glided easily past the railing that went down into the pool. My pool is an Alaglass pool, and they knew exactly the size the pool needed. IMy grandchildren were 7 and 5 at the time of installation and the pool cover ensured that I had nothing to fear for their safety. Foe the past 5 years, the staff has come to service the cover. I have had a trouble free experience. That is until last week when we had a dramatic thunderstorm with lightning that hit near the house. I gave Jon a call to discuss the problem. Jon came today and in a matter of 30/45 minutes replaced the circuit board amd the pool cover worked perfectly. My grandsons now 12 and 10 enjoyed being able to swim.
