Very disappointed at this practice. Our visit was actually pleasant, and we were happy with their service, however, we had a lot of trouble with billing. I have a very good insurance (never ever had problems with them paying), but NFD billing department could never get it together! I kept being charged for a simple dentist exam (which is always included in a cleaning), only for not putting the right code. It took a lot of my time, and efforts to deal between them and my insurance. My insurance kept saying that the service was covered but that they needed the right code. Even my insurance called NFD to give them the codes they could use and still the wrong code was submitted! After 7 months of going back and forth with the bill and trying to have them submit the right code, I decided to pay so I did not end up in any collection agency, but I definitely warrant people going thereyou might end up paying for something you are entitled to, just because their billing department can not get
