I made an appointment with Nissan for Saturday may 20th to have my rear tires changed they had bad plugs and one needed to be pumped up daily. While I was there, I got an oil change I left the vehicle with them for the day. When I picked it up, they replaced the wrong tires. I was told to bring it back may 23rd and they would "make it right". I was introduced to the service manager George Hook who talked to me as if I was stupid and insisted they had done nothing wrong and changed the tires with the worse tread. I had to explain three times that I had two bad tires that went flat daily and that was the entire reason for my visit. He then ignored me for a good ten minutes then told me we still have your old tires are you sure you want us to put those back on. I told him yes and explained again that the other tires were bad. I was told that I would be taken care of quickly so I canceled my ride to work expecting it to take an hour. I waited four hours for them to change two tires and when I was leaving, I spoke to George Hook again and asked why it took so long he said he did not realize I was still there then ignored me as I asked why no one could have told me it was going to be that long. George Hook never apologized to me for the way he spoke to me or how bad the service was. i feel like this was intentional to get me to buy two more tires and when I didn't they deiced to punish me and have me wait. I tried to contact the general manager of the dealership to file a complaint and he will not return my calls. Avoid this Nissan dealership.
What can I say, Hudson Nissan is everything I hoped to find in a dealership but never thought I'd actually find! First off, Eric Fly at Hudson was the first to contact me via Internet. Tuesday after work I went to the Hudson dealership and I was promptly greeted on the lot by Nicole Cramer, who introduced me to Tim Johnson, since my main contact Eric Fly had just gotten promoted. Tim has the patience of a saint, he was filled in by myself and Eric and to work he went crunching numbers with Terry, showing me each and every Altima on the lot, etc. Tim knows his stuff, he's a real people person, and goes above and beyond for his customers and with the help of Melissa Luedtke they were able to get me into a 2015 Nissan Altima with payments I can afford and service beyond any I've seen or heard offered anywhere around!! I will personally be a repeat customer and encourage anyone to check out Hudson Nissan because they make you feel like part of their family.
I am new to the N. Charleston area, and I arrived with my Nissan Leaf to use as my primary transportation. Initially, I had some difficulty finding an apartment with electricity available in the parking area for the recharge. Hudson Nissan came to my rescue with a level 2 charge station that was available 24 hours. Now, I've had a service upgrade by the very knowledgeable Robert Hooks for my Leaf. The work was done in a short amount of time & my car was returned clean and fully recharged. Everyone I have come in contact with at Hudson Nissan during several visits for various reasons, have been genuinely friendly and helpful; a comfortable & safe place to be when you're from way far out of town!

Pete Benson was the reason I returned to Hudson Nissan; Mike Garris is the reason I keep returning to Hudson Nissan. Very professional and courteous, Mike assisted me in picking out a vehicle based on my wants/needs, the Finance Dept, then found a loan for me, and the Service Dept carries through to maintain my vehicle. All are hard working people at Hudson Nissan, to ensure that your experience is as pleasant as possible, no matter the situation. This is my fourth new vehicle purchase---(2) pick-ups, (2) cars. I challenge anyone to give Hudson Nissan a try; ask for Mike Garris.
I purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Hudson Nissan. Ron Hannon provided thorough knowledge of the car I purchased. I have purchased cars from Mr. Hannon over the years from a different dealership. I have purchased my Nissan Versa Note at Hudson Nissan in North Charleston recently. My salesman, Mr. Ron Hannon made my experience at Hudson Nissan truly exceptional! I contacted him before I visited and scheduled a test drive. I appreciated his calm and professional approach and that he did contact me every single day before our meeting. He worked with me in my own pace. After the test drive he explained how things work on the car, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He understood my priorities and worked with me during the whole sale process. After I purchased the car he introduced me to the people at the service department who will take care of my car for warranty services. We had an excellent experience at Hudson Nissan when we recent purchased our Nissan Altima. Our sales person, Ryan Downing, was extremely knowledgeable & very thorough with details about their vehicles, and helped us find the right car without any pressure or hassle. We bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Hudson Nissan and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. No high pressure, our salesman, Mike Garris and the whole team were great! I will go them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.
It's a new local favorite and now that we are stationed here in the military, I will continue to use Hudson Nissan in North Charleston for good. I recently bought a new Titan Pro 4x off of Ron Hannon, and he treated me like I was his own family. He went to battle for me on the price, and arranged everything smoothly without any incidents. My search for a specific vehicle led me Hudson Nissan. Ron Hannon was my salesman and was very informative and helpful. This vehicle was from New Jersey so there was some concern on my part about it maybe being involved in hurricane Sandy. Ron made arrangements for me to inspect the vehicle closer, including having it put on a lift so I could coffee the under carriage. The finance department then arranged the best interest rate I was ever charged for a used vehicle. My car buying experience was the best I ever received.

My Nissan is a great car, but the service department is the worst that I have ever experienced. This has been ongoing since I bought the car in 2007. I will soon be looking for a new one and will look elsewhere because of the awful service that I have received over the years. This is my 3rd nissan. It was great when it was Northside. Hire competent people.
