In May of this year we had a pool installed by Heritage Pools. This is our third inground pool, the first two were in upstate NY. We chose a vinyl pool as this is what we have always had. The crew arrived on a Tuesday and by Saturday the only thing left to be done was to complete the filling of the pool. Michael and his guys were fantastic, they did everything he said they would do, and then some. We could not be happier with the finished product. And let me tell you about the filter, well it is light years from what we have been use to. It is so easy, and efficient not to mention how quiet it is. We have already enjoyed many hours and made many wonderful memories. We live in a community that has a "community pool", but there is nothing like walking out your door and stepping into your own pool knowing what might or might not know what is lurking in the water. No need for those expensive vacations.I have mine right in my own backyard , thanks to Michael and his crew at Heritage Pools!
I am VERY pleased with the liner installation and maintenance that these guys do. The owner, Michael was very informative about vinyl liners and told me some things I didn't even know and I've had a pool for 15 years! When Marc & his crew came to install the liner, they were very efficeint and did the job in the time frame they promised. It was a superb job! Their maintenance crew is fantastic. They knew my pump was leaking even before I did! When I have called the office, Allyson whom Michael calls the "glue", is very prompt at returning my calls when I need something and handling any questions I may have. You can't go wrong with these guys! They are the best!
I contracted Heritage Pools to do a vinyl liner replacement and weekly pool service. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. My pool is always clear and my vinyl liner has never fit as good as it does now. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality service and professional staff.
