Would not recommend this business to my friends. I purchased a carpet in March of 2014 and around July 2014 noticed a ridge down entire living room and dining room area carpet. I was told that the padding was defective and installer was sent out to repair the problem. Apparently, only half of the padding was replaced, thus, the problem is reoccurring in the same area and now there are also ridges in other areas of the carpet. I made this known to the store around September of this year. They have been going back and forth with their distributor/supplier and I still have not had this issue resolved. They have left me no other choice but to file a claim in Magistrate court ,as it is obvious that this will go on for months unless I take action. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the carpet and I have been reassured that the problem is the padding and NOT the carpet. However, I am very displeased as to how the entire matter has been handled=very poor customer service!

The installers were very competent and quick.
