  If you love the look and character of historic homes but prefer the reliability of new construction, modern farmhouse plans from America’s Home Place may be just what you’ve been looking for.   As construction begins, America’s Home Place has Production Managers in place to ensure the home is being built according to specifications outlined by county code offices as well as selection sheets created by you and your Sales Manager. Your Production Manager will be involved with your Pre-Construction meeting, Site meetings and will be available to answer technical questions relating to the construction of your home, including items like septic tanks, driveways, hvac, etc.

  Each Building and Model Center features a variety of custom home options that you can choose from without ever leaving our showroom. You can select your roofing, cabinets, various countertop options, lighting, flooring, paint colors, siding choices, and much more. This enables you to completely customize, upgrade and decorate your new home at one location and eliminate the burden of going to several different locations to make your choices.

  Modern farmhouses are known for their bright, charming styles, inviting porches and dormer windows—and farmhouse plans from America’s Home Place certainly don’t skimp on charm.
