We've only had the spa a few months and so far so good.

Wow I am shocked at the responses here. All I can say is it must be me. I bought the spa a year ago and have yet to have it be useable. But worse than that I have called service four times and I cannot get them to fix this brand new spa. First time they no - showed after waiting all day. Second time they showed up and left because they were so late we finally gave up and left home to go to dinner. Third time they showed up but did not have the defective parts in the truck. Fourth time they no-showed. They are certainly pleasant enough to talk to on the phone and apologetic but they just cannot seem to get it together as far as service goes. IN August it will be one year since I bought the tub.

After searching the internet for reviews and looking at several different spa brands at various pool and spa stores around the area, I decided to purchase my first spa from Ohio Pool and Spas .It's been four months since my spa was installed and so far it has surpassed my expectations.



I decided on the Vanguard model after going over practically every model on the show room floor with Dave. I expressed my concerns and expectations and Dave helped me decide, never once pushing to make a sale or using aggressive sales tactics to get me buy something I didn't really need or want. Thanks Dave!



I have to comment on the delivery crew as well, they were timely, courteous and professional in every way. They did not leave until the spa was filled and everything was in proper working order. All I had to do was wait for the water to warm up and jump in!



I have shared my experience with numerous friends, especially one in particular that purchased a spa around the same time but from a competitor. My friend has had one issue after another with his installation, including arguing with the salesman he dealt with and faulty jets on a brand new spa. I just keep telling him, "ya should'a went to Ohio Pool and Spas"........



Great product, great people to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

My wife and I are very happy with both purchases of our pool and spa from this Company. The service and quality has been outstanding. What we really appreciate is the low maintenance. We were pleasantly surprised with the low electric bills we have had compared to other units. If we do have any questions, we call Charlie and he is always there with the answer. It is also nice to have all accessories and chemicals available at the store with reasonable prices. Set up of our Legacy pool was done very professionally by their staff and was done in one day. Our grandchildren absolutely love our pool. I would highly recommend Ohio Pools and Spas for any Spa or pool needs.

Ohio pools and spas was so amazing with the purchase of my new hot tub! They weren't pushy or rude or over-bearing. We got our first one from there in 1991 and the most recent in August of this year! Cheryl was so wonderful! She even mailed me a card thanking me for just coming into the store and inquiring! I hadn't even fully decided to buy one yet! Once I did settle on one, they were so accommodating and helpful. Even the installation guys were knowledgable and friendly. I was encouraged to call with any questions whatsoever. I received several follow up phone calls to make sure everything was going well. I even received a thank you gift which I thought was so sweet and thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Hands down!

Beth was so nice, she helped us so much, worked around our schedule so many different times. all the guys that came out were really helpful, talked us through everything we needed to know answered all our questions. i would tell all my friends and family to go there. coming back to get our pool love this place.
