This is our second purchase at DCH Brunswick Toyota in the last three years. Everyone was kind and friendly. No one pressured us. There is a big selection on the lot for new car purchases. Also, they are great for service, etc. Shout out to Lisa, John, Ab, and Russell as well as the other staff members who helped us in our purchase. This is the only place we will go to buy a car--now, and in the future.

This is the second brand new Toyota Camry my wife and I have leased in the past 9 months. Both times were some of the best car buying experiences we ever encountered. Everyone from the internet sales person who originally called us to the receptionist and the finance person were consummate professionals. I have purchased multiple Toyota's from this dealership and have always had a great experience. I contact the Internet sales team and always get a fair price and using the service department has never been the headache that I get from other dealers. All my future Toyota's will be from this place as well.

They tried to get me to pay for a warranty covered problem but conceded in the end. It took 9 attempts (4 e-mails and 4 phone calls) to get an appointment. The 9th call was to the Service Manager. While I was successful in getting an appointment he was sarcastic, arrogant and argumentative.
