For more than 40 years, Taconic Wire has been manufacturing stitching wires used in the printing and binding workshops. Based in North Branford, Conn., the company specializes in low-tension spooling system in galvanized, tinned, copper-coated and liquor finishes. It also provides wires in box, round and flat shapes as well as specialty wires in stainless steel, colored, spiral binding and copier, to name a few. Additionally, Taconic Wire offers antifriction additives, brush dereelers, wire-spool carts, spool stands, lifting levers and decoilers.
