Nice people but the service in unreliable. Had to wait unecessarily long for filter to be delivered and had to call too many times to be satisfied. Too many excuses and not enough action. Too bad since they are decent folks, but that's not what get the job that is paid for accomplished. Pay more and get more I suppose.
