In 1998 Zellmer Construction became a licensed contractor in Minnesota, with over thirty years of experience in both residential and commercial building. Believing experience is irreplaceable when a customer has an idea or dream to fulfill. Even though economic times are in a lull, investing in a home is still a great long term investment. Listening and understanding are my #1 priority. Honesty and professionalism should go without saying, as any job performed in a home or business should be held to the highest of standards
