I really wanted to give them a good review but I just can't. So many things happened during the building process that were wrong. Upgrades requested were made without purchasers input creating upgrades that weren't what was expected. By the time these things would have been fixed, it would have held up closing. The quality of flooring and carpeting used is terrible, the cheapest you can use. It has been less than 6 months and my carpet looks like we have lived there for at least 10 years. It needs to be replaced already. It is matted and nasty. The homes built on slab are very cold, the heat vents being in the ceiling only get the heat 1/2 way down so the ceiling is warm but the living area is very cold. I am a single person and I should have read the reviews before building with them. There was another company building one level homes in our area but they were association maintained and I did not want to pay association dues. The person in charge of warranties does try to help but he is so busy and overwhelmed. It is sad.

Graphic Homes is a disgrace to contractors. They never return phone calls. They show you a model home that is finished nicely, and then use cheap products to build your home. They make promises they don't keep. And once they get their money, getting them to come back for repairs/fixes is nearly impossible.

The Building process was nice and easy. Getting them to fix things they didn't do right is something else. The Fit and Finish Guy Nate is a piece of work. All he can say is "Steve said". I would not recommend these people to anyone. If there is a problem with your house figure it out before you close, cause they seem to think they get to dictate what gets fixed. If it passes inspection they will not look at it!!

We built our house with Graphic Homes. Nate and Michelle were great! We never saw the owner much which made things a little difficult.

Good work on a new home. Project Manager was very difficult to work with. He made promises to stop by the house and fix things or get crew out to fix things but never showed or put us off. If you go with Graphic Homes, ask to work with someone else besides Nate!
