The Inner Athlete provides the highest quality multi-sport education programming for children 18 months and up in a fun, dynamic, nurturing, and age-appropriate environment. Our inclusive program comprised of children's classes, camps, and birthday parties is dedicated to building self-confidence through sport and movement while emphasizing the importance of teamwork. We help every child discover physical activities they enjoy while developing their motor, emotional, and cognitive growth.
