When it comes to Home Delivery of America pass them by. If they call to delivery anything cancel the order and use another store.

We ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot that was supposed to be installed and the old one hauled away. All we got was 2 bullies with attitude that did not want to do their job. When the workers arrived they quickly determined they could not install the dishwasher. I asked them to remove the old dishwasher and leave the new one for the handyman to install. They said no. I asked if I can sign for the dishwasher so they can leave the new one. They said no. By then my handyman came up from working downstairs and quickly determined that the dishwasher can easily be installed. It took four times asking the workers to allow me to sign the paper to keep the new dishwasher. My handyman ended up installing the dishwasher and helped me carry out the old one to the curb.

I called Home Delivery of America to complain. It took three times to get through to speak with customer services. Once I did they did not care to hear anything about the situation. I searched the internet and found several law suits pending from upset customers. Also, they had several bad reviews from other customers with similar situations. A single delivery did not matter to them.

Bottom line; use a local appliance store for when shopping for appliances. They have friend reliable delivery staff and want to satisfy their customers. They understand the important of customer service for repeat business and referrals. Home Delivery of America only cares about delivery volume and are not considered about customer service.

Bought a dryer and oven and Home Depot. They couldn't deliver it for a week. OK, no problem. They gave a 4-hour window that was too narrow. The could not reschedule it that day and could only schedule it seven days later. Ugh. That's very inflexible. Fine. So the day came and they never arrived nor did they call.
This reflects terribly on Home Depot who should stop using this company and other should refrain as well.

NO delivery and 2nd time today on a 20 minute hold on the phone.

Beware!!! The worst delivery company!! Scheduled delivery for November 22 between 1 and 5. Received a call at 4:30 that the delivery men were an hour to an hour and a half behind but would definitely be here. Received a phone call at 7:50 PM that they were not coming and we deliver in a week. Second delivery scheduled for November 29 – given delivery window of 330 to 730. I called at 5:30 and was told they were at the stop one before me and I would be next. They never showed and never called. I finally canceled this order with Home Depot and will shop somewhere else for all future appliance purchases. Delivery company is totally unresponsive

No call yet. No delivery yet. Still waiting. They promised a delivery between 4 pm and 8 pm today and now it is 8:30 pm. Why does GE and Home Depot trust deliveries to this unreliable company? Naturally you cannot reach anyone at the delivery company. We were actually able to reach our Home Depot salesperson and he was very nice and he said that this is the blame of GE apparently. GE chose Home Delivery America. Frustrating waiting all this time.
PS Finally got the call at 8:35 from the guys on the truck and delivery took place about 9:35. Better late than never.

BEWARE!! The worst !! Unreliable, nasty liars!! Would not do installation, would not remove old appliance as agreed, and the third time, did not show up at all for delivery between 3 & 7.
Home Depot and GE are stupid to use this terrible company. BEWARE!!!!
