General Info
A bit about the session schedule and how it works.The children's sessions are set up so that parents have time to shuttle the kids to theHLMA after school, after dinner or even after another extracurricular activity. For instance, the 1st session starts at 4:15 sharp, but parents are encouraged to drop the kids off at 4:00 (15 minutes before class starts) so that children may change into their training uniform and then socialize with the other kids in class or just mess around (supervised) on the mat. The 15-minute break in between sessions allows drop-off and pick-up of children more at their parents leisure. The adult's sessions are the same, in that there is also a 15-minute break in between sessions. This time can be used for (extra) warming-up or practicing technique moves. This time also allows for after-class discussions about the lessons of the day. Very important!
