We were looking for a good burger place... And we're going to keep looking.Between the horrid customer service and receiving the wrong order more than I was getting the correct one I can honestly say I saw no pride in this place, the employees or in the food that I have been served.With incorrect orders and such poor customer service, I should have gone to McDonald's and ordered the whole right side on their menu... at least I would have been prepared for all of this.I've been to Vinnie's Smokin Good Burgers twice and ended up with the wrong order both times. On my second visit, they screwed up my order with both the first burger and the one they "fixed".When I brought this to Vinnie's attenion he was visibly confused why I had any problem.The second burger had sauce sloppily applied rather than cooked in to the meat and the end result looked awful! The first thing he said was "well did you take a bite?". After I carefully explained the problem being that it looked so bad I had no desire to eat that he finaly offered to make another one, by that time I was no longer willing to give this place any additional chances and requested a refund to which his response was simply "ok".I hope to see this establishment under new management that cares to show some pride in the food they serve, the work they do and those who work with and for them.

This one of my new favorite places to eat. I eat there at least twice a week. We order quite a bit for our office group events and meetings too. The sandwiches are amazing and the staff are so friendly. My only HUGE criticism I have and have heard from others is the pickle you get with the sandwich is awful!!! They are sour & mushy. Please consider a crunchy Vlasic type pickle. There's nothing better than a great pickle with a great sandwich. Thanks!

OMG you have the best sandwiches!!!!! They are fresh and very tasty. One suggestion though, change your pickles they are awful.

Purchased a bagel box for our adult Sunday School class for Easter. It came with 13 bagels and two containers of cream cheese, one flavored. I was able to pick them up at 7:00 a.m., which worked well for me. They absolutely loved them. They were very fresh, and it came with a variety of flavors. They were a big hit, and I think it will produce some new customers for the shop. Thank you.
