Wanted everyone to know how pleased I am to have found a service such as yours. Both of you have followed through on promises and in a very timely manner. When I talked to Mrs. Granstrom (sorry I forgot her name) she was pleasant and tole me when I would hear from Bill and I did. He gave me some reassurance about the termites I found and then came today for an inspection of my home. He was again reassuring. He did not push for any preventive services which I find refreshing and feel he is very honest. I have known the owner for several years when I first employed his services for a flea issue at my home. I continue to use Bill for my home and he did the pest management of a business I ran for food production until we sold and the plant closed. Bill treats not only your home or business but is friendly, outgoing, and ready to educate on prevention and future potential problems you might have. We have had the opportunity to have Ultimate Pest Control come to our home multiple times to rid our abode of inconvenient pest of one kind or another. They are very professional, informative and friendly. Bill showed a willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate our problem when we were suffering a raccoon invasion and also handled the animals in a humane way by re-releasing them into the wild where they would not cause problems. After each visit he told us about what he did and gave some tips and suggestions to thwart additional infestation problems. We have been customers of Ultimate Pest Control for nearly a year now, and we could not be more pleased with their service. We have found them to be prompt, knowledgeable of various pest problems, thorough, and very accommodating. We have had a real problem with raccoons this year, and have called upon Ultimate Pest Control to take care of these pests. They were on top of the problem, and are persistent in eliminating our raccoon problem. They have had to return several times to set traps, pick up trapped raccoons, and take them to be released in the wild. They even came over on a Sunday (Father's Day!), to pick up a raccoon to release in the wild. We highly recommend Ultimate Pest Control for all your pest elimination problems.

I did not know who to call for my recent ant infestation. A trusted friend and neighbor turned me on to Ultimate Pest Control. When I called I felt like they easily understood my concerns about the safety of my pets, while understanding the importance of ridding these ants from hell. The ensured the safety of my pets with the particular chemicals that were to be used. They also let me know that they also are very mindful of the environment as well(which is just great!) Bill, the gentleman who came down to take care of the ant problem, was very professional and showed up on time. He was great in that he explained that there was an influx of ants due to the recent wet weather, but also some interesting facts on how to discourage pests of all kinds on my property. The prices were so reasonable I contracted them up on a monthly service as well! Definitely have recommended to my local relatives and friends.
