Kozy Wood totally took adavantage of my parents who live in a 55 and older community I feel terrible because I referred them to my parents since I spent over $3,000 dollars with them and was satisfied with the job but will never use them again because of the way my father was treated.... My father had his fireplace serviced because he bought a new home and wanted to make sure it was in working order Kozy Wood was offering a service special in July "middle of Summer" they charged my father a couple hundred dollars and told him they replaced a simple part and that everything was in working order. When he went to finally use the fireplace 2 months later it would not work he called to ask if they could service it again he was told that it would be full price, 30 days to get someone out there to service it and then he was hung up on by some rude woman on the phone... so he called back and told her he would never use them again since they were so unprofessional and do not honor there work. He is having his fireplace serviced tomorrow by there competitor.. Guess Kozy Wood does not need our business.
