Not happy with the service at all!! We went to Brown's Studio for the passport photos taken, the lady in the shop seemed in a hurry that she didn't let us fix our hair or anything before the photos were taken; she didn't even let us review the photos she took to ask us if we liked the photo, one shot for each person, that's it. When we saw the photos after they were printed, we were not happy about them at all. On their own website states: " We guarantee that you will like your photo because we continue to take it until you are satisfied with your photo." Apparently, the lady didn't follow their own rule what's so ever. We were very disappointed with this service. We were thinking to find another photo studio for another photo taken, but we couldn't due to the limited time to send the papers out. Now we are stuck with this ugly photo for another 10 years. Maybe we should have found a way to take our own photos that we will like and look good and will be a lot cheaper as well. We will never ever go to Brown's Studio again.
