Some of the floor model pieces were not in stock staff were very accommodating and friendly, although there was not enough of them. I eventually returned my mattress because it hurt and they set me up with a new one even though I had lost my receipt (paid with a card so they looked it up). Nice people working with what they had. Thank you big lots north bend, and Cynthia!
