My experience with Moving Network USA was a good one considering moving is very stressful. I was pleased with the customer service and the movers worked good as well all though upon delivery my dining room table was a little bit scratched up but I expected since I moved cross country but I would call Moving Network USA in the future if I move again.

Overall I am satisfied with booking my move with Moving Network USA. The sales rep and dispatcher stayed in contact with us and answered any questions we had. The actual moving company that moved our stuff were great the table has a little scratch but that was expected when moving cross country. The movers were hardworkers and very cautious with packing our stuff. So I have to give credit when it is due. Thank you Moving Network USA

Most importantly they were able to meet the dates that I wanted to be moved out of Colorado. The actual movers that they sent were great and careful when they were loading my belongings. I was overly satisfied with my decision to book my move with Moving Network USA. I spoke with a guy by the name of Will which he was an absolute pleasure to speak with. I had a few moving needs that needed to be met and as Will promised all of them were met. My belongings were handled with care the movers that were sent to move my stuff were great. Choosing a moving company is definitely not an easy decision to make especially to find a moving company you trust to move your belongings.I came across Moving Network USA online as I was searching for moving companies. I gave them a call the rep and I went over a list of the things I was moving and went over the whole move process. The rep was very helpful and informative I did not book with them right away as I wanted to get more quotes to be able to compare them.Moving Network USA was the most honest and gave me the most sense-able quote for the amount of things I was moving so I decided then to go head and book with them and they were able to meet the dates that I wanted to move. They sent me real good professional movers that as soon as they arrived they got straight to work and handled my stuff with care. I contacted Moving Network U.S.A. to get a quote to see how much my move would cost from Indiana to Florida and the price was reasonable so I decided to go head and book with them. The service I got on the phone was great and the service I got from the movers was excellent everything was on time and no damages so I am a satisfied customer and do recommend Moving Network U.S.A. if you are planning an upcoming move!!!

I contracted with Moving Network USA because I was promised a 2 day moving window. I was only emailed a few documents to sign. When printed out, there was statement that referenced a link. If clicked on that link, it went to a landing page that advertised generic moving companies. I was never provided any other documents with detailed Terms and Conditions nor did I sign any other documents. After I cancelled my order, the dispatcher sent me a one page document containing information that did not contain my signature. He insists I should have seen this document. This information is not contained on any of the documents I signed. These Terms and Conditions are different from the ones contained in the documents that I signed. The dispatcher is refusing to refund my deposit, after numerous emails, when I complied with the information contained in all the documents, I was provided and signed. I feel I should be refunded the deposit.

I always want to give credit where credit is due and based on my experiences with Moving Network USA they deserve 5 stars. I did a ton of research before chosing my movers from Houston to San Francisco and it is never an easy decision. Ultimately, I chose this company not because they were the least expensive of quotes I received, but because of the "gut feeling" I had after speaking with their relocation specialist. They staff was knowledgeable and forthcoming with all of the details I needed to know. The crew that arrived on moving day was professional and took the time needed to secure all of my belongings. The delivery crew was equally as careful and I only had one small item damaged (which I did not pack well enough-my bad). All in all, this was a seemless relocation and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a repeat experience. Thanks Moving Network USA!

I am all smiles after chosing this company for my move from Pennsylvania to Colorado. The sales team was completely helpful from beginning to end. I didn't have a big move, but knew I could not do it myself for the price I paid. I am so glad I used a professional mover since it took all the stress off the actual move and allowed me to concentrate on my new home and job.
